CABSYS Rail Accessories

A varied range of accessories has been developed for the GRP cable duct system CABSYS Rail. A small selection is shown below. Please ask us if you have a specific installation issue. We can even design your special connection or your special component on request and manufacture it quickly and affordably in our own production department.

Bridge fixings

Bridges come in all shapes and sizes. The bridge fixing has to be adapted to match the bridge design. We already have many standard trackside solutions for you. However, if your need is so specific that we can’t find an appropriate solution among our standard items, then we’ll develop it at short notice.

Cable outlets

We have developed special cable outlets that can be integrated as required in the cable duct route to guide the key cables requiring protection into and out of the cable system without damaging the cable’s plastic sheath.

End pieces

There are also appropriately moulded end pieces to give the cable duct system a tidy finish. We have also developed matching adapters for the transition from CABSYS Rail 1 to CABSYS Rail 2.

Bypassing obstacles

Bypassing obstacles is standard practice. The ready-made bypassing accessories provide a professional and quick solution to this problem.

Transition to concrete trough

Specially manufactured transition kits provide a professional solution where transition the concrete trough is required.

Signalling platform

This signalling platform was largely prefabricated in our factory. This reduces the line blocking time on site and installation proceeds quickly.

Coupling and additional length kit

Our specially developed coupling and additional length kit is perfect for joining cable lengths neatly and with very little disruption.

Cable duct bridge

Special solutions are required if the 6 m span is not sufficient. Depending on the span width, we can supply a variety of bridge solutions to which the GRP cable duct can be attached.
